Structure
Double-layer structure made of glass fiber reinforced plastic. A patented processing method is used between the inner shell and the outer reinforced glass fiber layer, which creates a gap between the inner and outer layers. Even if the inner shell leaks, it can ensure that the contained dangerous substances only flow in the gap, and will not immediately overflow the external pollution environment.
The inner shell is a composite glass fiber layer with a thickness of more than 5.5mm. Considering the anti-corrosion and anti-seepage function of the inner layer for gasoline and diesel, the inner layer should be added inside the structural layer.
The inner shell has been carefully designed and is composed of a surface felt anti-corrosion layer (resin content above 90%), a glass fiber spray impermeable layer, and a glass fiber winding structure layer from the inside to the outside. Each layer plays its own role to achieve the characteristics of high anti-seepage performance and high structural strength.
In addition, U-shaped ribs made by vacuum introduction process are also installed inside the load-bearing storage tank. Due to the technical characteristics of vacuum introduction, the rigidity of the whole tank is greatly improved.
The main raw materials include p-benzene unsaturated polyester resin and giant stone glass fiber produced by Shanghai Huachang, which is UL certified by the United States.
The outer shell is a composite glass fiber layer with a thickness of more than 5mm. Considering the neatness of the outer tank and resistance to soil corrosion, the outer structural layer is added with a non-twist roving spray layer.
The outer shell is also carefully designed, and is composed of a glass fiber winding structure layer and a glass fiber spray impermeable layer from the inside to the outside.
The outer layer spraying is to improve the friction between the outer shell and the soil and improve the stability of the oil tank buried. The stability of the load-bearing tank under constant load is particularly important.
Regardless of whether it is a load-bearing or non-bearing tank, U-shaped ribs made by vacuum introduction process are also set on the outer shell. This not only improves the overall stiffness, but also serves as a fixation for the lug support and straps.
