Separate and explosion-proof skid mounted fuel (gas) filling device is a ground fuel (gas) filling system integrating fire-proof oil (gas) storage tank, oil (gas) dispenser and automatic fire extinguisher, which is mainly used in equipment for storage and transportation of liquefied petroleum (gas), inflammable and explosive dangerous chemicals related to Separate and explosion-proof technology. Separate and explosion-proof series products have obtained independent intellectual property rights and independent product patents. The design, manufacture, installation and service safety of the Separate and explosion-proof skid mounted refueling device are completed independently.
Skid mounted refueling device is a kind of ground refueling device, which integrates load-bearing skid, explosion-proof storage tank, explosion-proof electrical control system, unloading oil circuit system, oil & gas recovery system,fuel dispenser and refueling pipeline control system, electrostatic grounding elimination system, automatic fire control system and monitoring control system.It is economical, practical, safe, explosion-proof, environmentally friendly, energy-saving, easy to move and it is a new scientific and technological products with all operation functions of general fuel stations.
Inside the storage tank of Separate and explosion-proof skid mounted oil filling device is equipped with support explosion-proof material framework steel structure, which is a double-wall storage tank filled with Separate and explosion-proof material. Inside the tank is equipped with liquid level meter (high & low level alarm, automatic stop), anti-overflow valve, on the top is set emergency pressure relief device, lightning protection and anti-static device, at the interlayer of the tank is set oil leakage monitoring device and the fuel dispenser is equipped with a variety of oil filling methods and high temperature automatic oil cut-off protection.
Functions of skid-mounted refueling device: oil storage, oil metering, oil filling, primary and secondary oil & gas recovery, tank cleaning & residual oil discharge, with multiple functions in one. The fuel filling device adopts the unit type standardized design and modular combination design, which is suitable for various fuel supply environments and meets the different needs of customers.
